Every order is custom made. For that reason all sales are final, and all orders are ineligible for cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Damaged Orders
Fortunately, this is very rare! If your artwork arrives damaged or appears in any way incorrect (including quality concerns with the artwork or framing), we will be happy to assist with an artwork repair or replacement. Please contact us via form or email within 7 days of your order's delivery date to notify us of your concern.
It is necessary to have photographs of the entire artwork and the original packaging in order to file any required damage claims and assist with a prompt repair or replacement.
Please retain the artwork and the original packaging until an appropriate repair or replacement is confirmed.
