All sizes refer to overall dimensions. Art prints are unmatted — the size is the full print. For matted and framed artwork, artwork will be smaller than the listed size. 8" x 10" will be matted to 5" x 7" artwork, 11" x 14" will be matted to 8" x 10", and 16" x 20" will be matted to 11" x 14".

Return Policy

Every piece is custom printed to order using archival materials built to last. Because each print is made specifically for you, all sales are final and orders are ineligible for cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or appears in any way incorrect — including quality concerns with the print or framing — we will gladly arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.

To initiate a claim, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date with photographs of the complete artwork and the original packaging. Please retain both until your repair or replacement is confirmed.
