All sizes refer to overall dimensions. Art prints are unmatted — the size is the full print. For matted and framed artwork, artwork will be smaller than the listed size. 8" x 10" will be matted to 5" x 7" artwork, 11" x 14" will be matted to 8" x 10", and 16" x 20" will be matted to 11" x 14".
Every piece is custom printed to order using archival materials built to last. Because each print is made specifically for you, all sales are final and orders are ineligible for cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged or appears in any way incorrect — including quality concerns with the print or framing — we will gladly arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
To initiate a claim, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date with photographs of the complete artwork and the original packaging. Please retain both until your repair or replacement is confirmed.

The quality of the product is wonderful and I definitely recommend the product itself, but I cannot recommend the customer service. The seller originally sent me the wrong product ("Lake Fish" instead of "Saltwater Fish") through no fault of my own (I verified that it wasn't an issue on my end). When I brought it to her attention, she offered no explanation and very little apology and took a long time to correct the error. I placed the original order on 12/1, received the wrong item on 12/5 (super fast!), but did not get the correct item until 12/23 even though she assured me that I would receive the replacement order "well ahead of xmas".
These will look amazing on our family room wall. Definitely helping push our "coastal" aesthetic along. Shipped quickly. And the paper is really beautiful quality.
