Our current turn around time to package and ship your orders is 1-3 business days, and up to 4-6 business days during sales, re stocks and new product launches. All orders are shipped from our studio located in Jackson, Mississippi. You will receive an email notification with tracking once your package ships. While we do all we can to make sure your order is delivered on time Providence cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to severe weather, USPS service delays, etc.

Shipping protection covers lost or damaged packages. Please contact us at info@providenceartreserve.com
if you need to file a claim.

*Shipping protection does not cover return to sender packages. If an order is returned by USPS, the customer will be charged an additional shipping fee.

If an order does not have shipping protection, we are unable to refund or replace the order.

Every piece is custom printed to order using archival materials built to last. Because each print is made specifically for you, all sales are final and orders are ineligible for cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or appears in any way incorrect — including quality concerns with the print or framing — we will gladly arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.

To initiate a claim, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date with photographs of the complete artwork and the original packaging. Please retain both until your repair or replacement is confirmed.
